Love the dishwasher basket and the narrow design. Easy to use and it's great to be able to mix and match the baskets depending on the quantity I need to sterilise.

This is definitely one of my favourite baby products. It's been so quick and easy to use and clean. Only design flaw is that condensation sometimes leaks out onto the bench but I put a hand towel underneath to stop any problems. So happy we bought this, I really can't recommend it enough. If it had a drying cycle it would be brilliant.

I have no issues with the sterilizer, as it is performing/functioning exactly how it describes. My only query is, I'm starting to get noticed the bottles are getting slightly brown. Am i supposed to replace the bottles every 3 months as just like you replace the teat every 3 months? Or is the sterilizer causing the bottles go brown? I have being using the sterilizer for almost 10 months now, is this the sign of malfunction? Thanks.

Not very happy with burned tray after each use and smell. Yes I did put correct water amount and warer tray still keeps burning, turning brown. Need to clean after each use

This product is so easy to use but unfortunately after 2-3 usage it’s break down in the middle of night and as a couple we had to suffer all night. We have to sterilise manually all our bottles and another baby stuff and wait for next morning where we can exchange or refund. Well it’s not worth to spend that much money on this unit.

After reading reviews I was reluctant to buy this product but thought to myself 'people only tend to write negative reviews and never positive ones' and decided to give it a go, however I am now on my third steriliser in 3 weeks. First one lasted 2 weeks, the next about 6 days. It was purchased through Baby Bunting in a combo pack making it difficult to swap to another brand/product without losing money. Though they were helpful in replacing the units, I am thoroughly disappointed. The steriliser works wonderfully until all of a sudden the on button just doesn't turn on.. and back I go to the store with a screaming newborn to get a replacement at what is already an extremely anxious time trying to sort out feeding difficulties - I just wanted one thing in this area of my new life to just work and make things slightly less stressful! :( Fingers crossed #3 lasts as it is a great machine - when it works.

First time using this steriliser, was great, took 6 minutes. Now its almost about 12-15 mins each time to sterilise. So that's double of what was advertised. Most of the time I end up using boiling water to sterilise because its just quicker to boil water in the kettle than to wait 15 mins, + 5 mins to cool down.

The biggest problem is can't use the items straight away after sterilizer, need to clean the water by tissue?! Some product like this in other country they have the design also can dry out the item in the same machine!

Like the quick features, but takes ages for the items to dry which is a hassle. Was recommended to buy this as it is top of the range but its performance didn't excel my expectation. What really annoys me is that I spend heaps of money for this, the the free bottle which came with it, the teat lid leaked and spilt milk all over my baby. Not only I have to wipe the excessive water off the steriliser and remove the items to the drying rack but I have to change one angry baby's clothes. Not so good when it is in the middle of the night.

Water will stay in the gaps which have to DRY up overtime after use or otherwise those water that stay in the gaps will eventually flood the whole bench top. Thought it save time in sterilising the bottle but eventually need more time to dry up the bench top. What a bad design!!!
