Hi Sandya, thanks for leaving a review. We're sorry to hear that our Breast shell set has not functioned to your satisfaction. When aiming to collect breast milk for later, the device has to be used a bit differently. Here's how: 1- Attach the backing cushions to the non-ventilated breast shells. 2- While you are breastfeeding or expressing from one side, slip an assembled breast shell inside your bra on the other side to collect any leaking milk.
